Today morning,i do not have any mood to talk.PE for today was that we run 2.4km outside school for 3.5 rounds and i was like listening music while running.So it was quite fun while running because Mr Foo very funny haha..Like everytime when i run pass him,he will use the water bottle to hit the clip board and support me. So when it was my last round,he go hit alot of time then like very funny and weird because he hit for me only as im a drummer :D My timing for 2.4km was 13.53 minutes. I was seriously happy that i have improve alot on it. As i do not know why i run that fast,is it maybe im stress so i run fast as fast as i could or im FIT .I also duno but i know that after the run,I feel fresh and stress fly away. Was kind of happy and my mood change into a happy mood which feels like talking and joke around.After the run,Yi Xin felt breathless i think because she long time never run,lack of oxygen or breath wrongly :D

After school,bus down to white sand with Yi xin (nuer) to eat Subway eat fresh. Was also waiting for Itiel to come and eat then went to Youthreach. Went there chit chat and about 4plus went back home and just when i stepped in my house,the rain started heavily. So i fall asleep on my sofa and wake up around 7plus. Went to have a bath and eat my dinner. :D:D

Above picture is at batam which we run through the muddy muddy place. Why i put this picture it is because running makes you fit and it also can say that running can help you make stress away.So do more exercise :D
